I did wait awhile to see if anyone would answer this positively but I don't think there is a hidden part at the end of the game. The only thing I can think of is the hidden messages around the rooms, which can be deciphered. However is does lead you onto a sequil which from what I've heard is planned.

The game is part of a trilogy, so yes, there will be a sequel. Ubisoft is being very quiet about it however, and little to no information past the bloody writing (Which can be translated to give you hints about the story, as well as hints to where the next Creed will take place) is known right now. After you watch the credits, if you have Lucy and what's-his-face's keys, you can read E-Mails on their computer, as well as go to the conference room after reading a certain E-Mail to log onto the computer in there and read that E-Mail as well. Aside from that, you can go back into the Animus and redo whatever missions you want with an added bonus: Your Sincro meter won't drop if you kill civilians!
