Ok I read that a guy said that if you climb all the view points in one city it won't show you the missions in that city, but in another city? Is this true? Thanks to whoever answers.

If you climb all the viewpoints in a city, you unlock an achievment. And while you are doing that, you'll find all the little things you can do in that city. (ex: help civillians, other viewpoints, and investigation missions.)

What I think is ment by that is when you've completed that city by doing the missions and killing the target you are set another task in the same city. This is in the later memory blocks. What people are struggling with (including myself) is that they wonder the cities not knwoing what to do because no missions showed up. What you have to do is go beyond one of the barriers that will now be down. This will allow you access into another part of the city. Once in there you have to find a viewpoint because it is not located on the map. Once climbed it will reveal new missions to be done.
Hope this explanation helps.

No, thats not true.
However, if you climb all of them, when you next have to visit that city again, one will show up in the new area.

Also, you get an acheivement for climbing ALL the viewpoints in assassins creed.
