What are the secret achievements for AC?

Theres a full list of all the achievements for Assassins Creed under the cheats section. The list includes the secret achievements. I only know of one, "kill a target like a true assassin", to get this one you need to assassinate a target exactly how the information you collect descibes.

All the secret achievements are the people you assassinate. You'll get them throughout the game.

You will get achievements from killing bosses, getting all the eagle sight's,and passing the game.
