How can you make Amanda recover?

Amanda won't fully recover until the very end of the game. Your Medical Team is useless.

How to escape the prison?

You HAVE to replay the level before and at the end you have successively pass the cut-scene after you do that
Ply the level again and check your inventory you will have strangeloves id card and you can use that to get out of prison by going close to the lock and the option will come

How to obtain or create the C4 explosive bomb

You need to level up your R&D team. Just knocked out a soldier, don't kill him or put him to sleep then use fulton recovery system. If you're mission is cleared go to the mother base, then (If I'm not mistaken go to lobby) and click the auto assigned.
