An easy way to gain some of the harder accomplishments and achievements that require the game setting to be set to world class or legendary is to simply change all the AI stats to minimum and to also turn offsides and fouls. I did this and gained 23 accomplishments and 4 achievements in one game. You can access the AI settings from the general game settings when you start a new game
