Okay this is one of my favorite things to do for some reason :P First off you need LOTS of caps and ammo, A VERY high sneak skill "The Chinese Stealth Suit helps". And the will to have VERY bad karma. >:3 First you need to buy ALOT of good weapons "Chinese Assault Rifles,Combat Shotguns,Handguns,Nothing too big like flamers or rocket launchers" and ammo. And second the armor or outfits of your choice Then go to a place like Megaton and sneak around and pickpocket everyone you see placing weapons and ammo and armor each time.SAVE EVERY TIME YOU SUCCEED! and before you know it the ENTIRE city will be filled with people dressed in brotherhood powerarmor,Sexy Nightwear,Or Raider Armor! "Please note that the npc's will ALWAYS begin carrying their new weapons in their right hand no matter what their size due to a glitch so large weapons will be glitchy and most melee weapons just wont look right Your karma will be very bad if you do this too much but SO WHAT?! THIS RULES! =D "Ps take any ammo that the npc's are already carrying or they might not use your gun. And this tactic can be used on ANY friendly npc even followers! -Minus Dogmeat&Fawkes."
