Complete the game under the Hardcore difficulty setting and upgrade the plasma pistol to make this weapon available at the first shop. The hand cannon has unlimited ammunition and one hit kill capability, it resembles a foam finger and when fired Isaac makes 'Bang Bang' and 'Pew Pew Pew' noises.
