i found shooting the box 8 times gives you about a 75% chance of a good gun works on xbox and ps3

Next to the turret in the theater on kino there are stairs and on them there are chairs stand on them with one foot and hell hounds won't be able to get you it patched on wii though I think :D

Kino Der Toten Hell hound glitch,
Take up stairs through rooms to MP40 room, open downstairs door, head through room to fallowing door before you enter stage.. DO NOT OPEN.. perch/kneel in doorway just behind the silver strip... results in most* of the hounds standing still in front of you..

On kino if you go into the theatre and walk up the turret get a dew inches away from it and when a crawler or a Smokey come up and try and grab at you jump backwards. It will get you on top of it and last for hours. I've been to round 125 just by sitting up there.

XBOX KINO DER TOTEN PLAYERS: THIS WORKS! (STEPS BELOW)

1. Find the Mystery Box
2. Make sure you are on round 7 or above or this will NOT work.
3. Shoot the mystery box right in the middle (where the lock is)
4. RAY GUN WILL BE YOURS

To get good guns just open the box then hit buttons in this order...
Left right left right up down up down x o square triangle select start jump twice then spin around once and throw a grenade. It works perfectly I even got the ppsh in kino der toten from waw zombies!

i've seem to get a ray gun or thunder gun in about 5-7 times so about 6650 points you will have to spend to get it, also it is garunteed that you will get one of them after 7 trys. NOTE: It takes 4250 points to open all the doors then points for guns. Hope this helps

Sorry to say this doesn't actually work, the mystery is completely random. The videos going around on YouTube, saying shoot and do this to get the ray gun or other good gun is fake, they just opened the box a whole lot of times and show you the section when they do get the ray gun.
