Yes ! The' custom 1911 ' is on the last level ' amendment XXV ' and is carried by the assasin ' mark parchezzi the third '.

Ah, well, no. I say no to your question because you cannot obtain the custom 1911 handgun. If what the Hitman expert says is true, then you can get the special gun from the assassin, Mark Parchezzi 3, on the level Amendment XXVI. However, if that were indeed true, then don't you think that other players would have reported this cheat to others? This fact, along with hours of searching, has lead me to believe that the Custom 1911 is not available for you to add to your collection of guns. So sorry.
