I doubt you do that or else you wouldn't be asking the question
So not if you play the traditional way

Im not sure if this has any chance of working, but on the termenal level on multyplayer, there is a yellow car in a garage on a stand, if you can find a way to lower the stand then you might be able to drive it.Once again, I have no idea wether or not it will work.
