1. The skulls look like exactly what they are, skulls.

2. As far as I know the skulls are all a kind of grey/white.

The skulls look like human skulls. That's how they got their obviouse name. They aren't different colors.

Yeah they are found on the ground but they don't have a pic kup button menu in the top left you have to pick it up manually.

Simple look at a book where there is pictures of human skulls memorize it and then look for them on the game
