Does anyone know if you can get more than one skull active at the same time.

No, becasue you can't keep skulls for a whole game and if you were able to you wouldn't have any guns !
Yes, I believe that the effects of the skulls stack. (so to answer your question, yeah, I think that they are active at the same time.)
Just because you drop your skull doesn't mean that the effect goes away, and you can only hold one skull at a time.
(Its just that I like to hold on to a skull because it packs a mean melee attack!)
Well, to get rid of the skull's powers, just turn your Xbox on and then off.

Yes!You can have more than on skulls Active.You dont need to hold the skulls.
If You turn off the X-box the effect off the skulls disapear.
Well, all you have to do is pick up the skull in the game and drop it.
Doing this, you will have the power of the skull nomatter what level you enter or exit ASLONG as you dont turn off your system.
If you turn off your xbox, the skull power will no longer be active.
Take note you can pick up as many skulls as you want and all powers will be effective.

Well you can activate more than 1 skull at a time, but you cant have them when you turn off your xbox, I found that out the hard way!!!

Just get the skull save and quit but DO NOT turn your xbox off. Then the skull will still remain active and you can get other skulls
