Date of Question: Aug 5 2007 | Question ID: 93428 How do you fill the chaosmeter in the biker gang missions it's really fustrating me!!??

You fill the chaosmeter by causing property damage. If you are having difficulty with this mission, here's what you do.
First off, get a large vehicle (Fire Truck, Helicopter, etc). Land it on the road and let traffic build up. Then shoot up your vehicle (or through a grenade at it) and watch it explode. Nearby vehicles will also explode and/or catch fire.
Destroy any emergency vehicles that come to the scene. Looking away also helps respawn more vehicles to destroy.

I spawned a Rhino tank ( B, B, L, B, B, B, L, White, R, Y, B, Y) and followed the highway (if you get off you can't guarantee you'll always have cars to blow up) blowing up every car and cop you see!

I got the cops to come. The shot at the helicopter with a weak gun, so it doesnt explode rigfht away. And it builds up pretty quickly.
