Is there a Lock Wanted Level cheat, Infinite Health cheat, Infinite Ammo cheat for GTA: VC?

No you can't lock your wanted level, thee is cheats for the other two. Just look in the hints or cheats area of SC to find them.
There isn't a lock wanted cheat, I'm think the others are available though, just check the cheats section.
No there aren't but if you get San Andreas there is except for the lock wanted level I'm not sure about that
