There are more. You can buy the lighthouse on the beach. And apartment a3. I forgot where that is but it is in a residential place near the Malibu club. By the way if you buy a few places in the game then you have to complete missions and when you complete them you get daily income from the place. Try giving all the cars they want at the showroom. They give you 9000 every day afterwards.

There is a place near the bikers mission near the bikers mission down there is a gun go up stairs and there it is just for $1000

When do you get to buy property like shops? Like the print works or cabs, cause at the moment my game just says I can't buy it at this time? What do I need to complete?
