For the car sales asset, you can find the stretch in yourn mansion. It's not always there and one time my strecth had dissapeared and an admiral was put in its place. It must have been some sort have weird glitch but 90% of the time the Strecht will be in your mansion.

By the way, I've never heard of there being a money cheat and I never seen a strecht driving around

You get the Stretch at your Vercetti 80% of the time.

You get the Stretch at the Vercetti but if there's an Admiral blow it up then go inside the Vercetti then go back outside and the Stretch MIGHT appear.
Theres no money cheat and it's only in GTA 3.
