In the mission los despereo you have to go with kendel's boyfrien ceaser to unity station with his friends but first you have to recruit family gang members from your hood how do you this? (what buttons to press for xbox) cause I've tried everything?

ANSWERS

To do this you have to have NO weapon in your hand! All you do is aim at the gang member you wish to recruit and hold down 'up' on the 'd' pad while aiming at them! After this he should follow you, There are also cheats which mean whenever you recruit someone the get a pistol or theres one where they get rockt launchers

Lock on then press directional pad up

Take a pistol out or just a fist,aim at them and press up on the d-pad

Haz355, you can wield a gun whislt recruiting people.
You can even shoot them, and then recruit them, and normally they don't shoot you.

But they will neever shoot if you just aim at them whilst wielding a gun.

First target your fellow gang members, then press up on the directional pad. If your respect is at a high enough level, you should be able to recruit quite a few gang members. Best of luck to you.
