Can you get the green saber turbo in the game I saw it in a mission but I forgot where I was so if you can will you post a link to a map with the spot circled or have a dot on it please

No you can't get the green sabre turbo as seen in the green sabre mission but I do believe you can make a genaric version.

You can't get one of your own due to it is on a mission but you can steal a green sabre, take it to a transfender garage and have it sprayed green. I go around killing old people in it like "moms"

You can't find it any where but, you can spray a normal saber green.
