Well, seeing as this is an original Xbox game, it means the black and white buttons above the A/X/Y/B buttons. If you're using a 360 to play this game, it means the bumpers above the triggers.

When it says black and white in the cheats.. The white is the lb (left button ) and black is the rb ( right button )
