I just beat the game but I don't no how I buy the blue car dealership in sanfiero next to the mod shop and paint shop plz help me

You slould be able to buy the car dealership during the san fierro missions. Go to the front of the car dealership and there should be a house icon stand in it and press L1 and you should buy it but make sure you have enough cash to purchase it.

You have to finish first the driving school before you will be able to buy the shop.
