Hey,
So, I'm intrigued. I really want a news chopper, and Ive looked around the Internet and on YouTube and I found out that you can get one by getting a 6 star wanted level, and standing on a tall building and waiting for one to get close enough for you to get in it and fly away. And I tried doing this multiple times in a lot of different places, and the chopper just doesnt get close enough for me to get into it.

Any suggestions or alternative methods?

If you have a parachute, kill the pilot then jump if you miss use the parachute

At the plane races in LV airport, you have a race with that chopper, don't do the race, take the chopper at the hambar you have at the abbandoned airport and put it inside there. Now you will have the chopper there.
