Ummmm.... I need help. Lots of it. Does anyone know when you get to take flying lessons? I really wanna fly those jets that are locked at the one airstrip. By the way, when you DO get it, were is it?

You will get to the pilot school when you but the abandoned airport close to LV.

After you buy the $80,000 abandoned airport in the Verdant Meadows mission (also a safe house).

Ahh, the classic flying school question.

Just keep on doing missions, and after you unlock LV, pretty soon you will be able to go and buy the safehouse and do flying school.

You get flying lessons after you've completed about 60 or so missions. You'll be told to buy an abandoned airstrip by Mike Toreno. It's on the northern island, just west of Las Venturas.
