In a car you can only perform drive by, on a bike you can shoot in front and drive by, but maybe you are not pushing the right buttons. Hope this helps.

In a car, press and hold the black button + a or b to shoot right, and the white button + a or b to shoot left. On a bike, do the same thing, or just press a or b to shoot forward.

Hope I helped :)

Well, the only thing that you can try to do is press different buttons. I think that you should try and press different buttons because if you were actually pressing the buttons that you needed to, then obviously, the Drive by shooting would have worked. All you need to do is shift the camera either to the Left, or to the Right, and if you have a gun selected as your weapon, then you should be able to shoot people from your car while you drive by. Thats all there is to it. If you need the controls, then look in the players manual that came with the game.

Hope this helps.
