You can find Helena at the Ammu-Nation in Blue Berry shoting a gun.
You can find Katie on the golf corse across the Street from Burger Shot in San Fierro.
You can find Barbara in the farthest Northeast police Station on the 3rd island.
You can get Millie in the mission "Key to her heart"At the Four Dragon's Casino mission's for breaking the "Bank of Caligulas".

Please, for the sake of everyone's eyes, please do not type in all caps. It is considered shouting on the internet, and it is annoying to read. Other than that, yes your friends are right, you can get more girlfriends. 4 or 5 more I think, but I only have two.

Barbara is one of the new girls you can get, you can find her on the 2, or 3rd island, in a Police Station.

Michelle is another girlfriend you can get, you can find here at a school in San Fiero.

you just have to run around everywhere looking and there will be women with arrows over there head and when you walk up to them they will ask if your interested and you respond negative or positive.

Many of you people are repeating what "The_game_92" has said so don't say something again if it's been said once. And "You can find all of them on the map" is incorrect because the girlfriends on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas you only have about 6 places per person. For the "UFO"... This is a girlfriend topic not a weapon topic.
