You can find Michelle at the Driving School in San Fierro.
You can find Helena at the Ammu-Nation in Blue Berry shoting a gun.
You can find Katie on the golf corse across the Street from Burger Shot in San Fierro.
You can find Barbara in the farthest Northeast police Station on the 3rd island.
You can get Millie in the mission "Key to her heart"At the Four Dragon's Casino mission's for breaking the "Bank of Caligulas".

Please, for the sake of everyone's eyes, please do not type in all caps. It is considered shouting on the internet, and it is annoying to read. Other than that, yes your friends are right, you can get more girlfriends. 4 or 5 more I think, but I only have two.
Barbara is one of the new girls you can get, you can find her on the 2, or 3rd island, in a Police Station.
Michelle is another girlfriend you can get, you can find here at a school in San Fiero.
