hand of albion

If it's age both the Chaple of Skorm and the Temple of Avo have "gifts" for there unusual, obsessive followers. One of those gifts is the reduction of age.
To get the gift by the Chaple of Skorm you must give a larger quanity of human sacrafices(body guards are the easiest but even with that you'll still have to get some poor soul to follow you.)
At the Temple of Avo you must give about 45,000 (fourty-five-thousand) gold.To
Get the miracle of life.
Both of these will only take off 5 to 10 years depending on how good of a follower you really are.
If it's only scars there is really nothing you can do about it.(You can't avoid them either.)

Weevil

If you're trying to avoid scars, I think the Shield spell stops that, as damage only reduces your mana. Of course, this would mean that if you wanted no scars, you'd have to start using it from the beginning.

That means your hero is evil and to reverse it you need to do good deeds like killing hobbes or bandits etc....
