I know this is a strange question but how do you own a store? Do you kill the owner or marry him/she?

To own a store or house just kill the owner/owners (if it's a house) and it should come up out side with a for sale sighn then all ya do is buy the shop/house

You either have to kill the owner or get them to follow you out of town and leave them there. Then the for sale sign will be up at the shop.

Kill the owner, then go out the front of the shop, then buy it from the sign
