Can you buy the light house in Hook Coast?

You cant. Someone has to one it first. I've killed everyone in hook coast and bought all the buildings. The only thing that I couldnt buy besides that ruined monestary (spelled wrong I think) is the light house. It's like tents even if you kill everyone it's just a part of the map.

There is a legend that if someone lights the lighthouse a boat called the sandgoose will pick you up and drop you off on a freezing island where dragons migrated because of people hunting them. A book in your inventory(Dragons) says that they had to migrate but the catch is that the people who created the game decided not to make that happen they were but they did not sadly. There are many other hidden secrets on Fable. In lookout point there is a monument that looks like a demon door without a face. If you dig in front of it you can see a road and a house. Again the people decided not to. The door would have been another gateway to the island when you already visited it. In the bottom of the sand goose there is a dragon egg when you come back from dragon island. Before the people cancelled the idea of dragon island the Hero takes the egg and raises it and becomes your Dog like in 2 and 3. Now you are probably thinking why did they do that how can I find a way in? There are some X boxes that are modded they can detect ways that are hiding but they are illegal. So how do they do that
