To get a hero doll at a pub game, you have to bet only 1 gold but win a couple of times. I win at night and don't get any prizes, but at noon or day, I usually get the rewards. And no, you don't have to bet more than 1 gold.
1) You can buy a shop in any town there is one, you just have to get rid of the owner (stalls not included).
2) To have sex you just need to keep flirtring with your married partner and when they have a green aura they will ask if you want to go to bed.
1) Wherever there is one. Just buy it the same way you buy a house.
2) You have sex by marrying someone (I would advise a female so you get money, but you are not limited to women). Then, when at home at night, flirt with your spouse until he/she gets a green aura around them. They will ask you to go to bed with them. Say yes, and voila! Sex!
