You can find the black rose at the weapon shop in north Bowerstone it is seen on your minimap as a yellow building.

You can buy a black rose at the main weapon shop in North Bowerstone. To be more detailed: the shop that you can buy the great Solus Sword. Hope I helped.

Hmm, let's take a look at the clues:
Lady Grey is in BOWERSTONE NORTH.
There is only ONE store in the whole of BN (Bowerstone North).
I wonder...duh. I actually bought one of all the gifts in BN...but...oh yeah, Lady Grey likes Evil men. Just so you know.
