The bright plate armour where do I buy if I can't buy it is there a way to get the bright plate armour???

The bright plate is bought from random traders wandering the world. They will usually have two to three pieces of it but not all. It can also be purchased in the arena if you havent already completed it. Hope this helps.
P.S. The dollmasters mace isn't very good.

I bought most of it from a shop in knothole glade before il went to the arena
