Date of Question: Dec 12 2008 | Question ID: 134335 Ok, Ive heard you can become the mayor of Bowerstone, and that you have to go into the Grey House basement and find evidence that Lady Grey killed her sister. But... How do you get into the basement! It wont let me go in. I walked in the house and had to kill the undead. Then something below the dirt, I don't know what it was, moved behind the house infront of this one grave. What do I do and how do I get into the basement?! |
You can as soon as you walk in the grey house place go to that tiny shack place shine your lamp three times then watch the sceen (spelling) It will show a ghost go to the back of the house go in the place she was and talk to her. She will tell you to take the note by the corpse. Take it. Then Lady Grey will come and tell you to give her the note say no. Then give the letter to the gaurd (spelling) then you will become the Mayor.

Dude, if you want answers to this question go to "Fable: The Lost Chapters" It's a different game! Anyways. You can't become mayor in Fable 1. But you can in Fable: TLC. If you still want to know how to get into the basement, all you have to do is go insode the grey house and kill the zombies until they stop spawning. Then you can enter the basement.
