Ok I accidentaly killed people in a few towns. Now everyone if afraid of me! I hate this! I try to be nice but everyone runs from me! How do I fix this?! Someone help!(if helps towns are knothole glade, oakvale, and hook coast)

Just donate ALOT of money to the temple of avo and where bright cloths.Try renting out the houses of people that you killed or side questes
well either donate a large sum to the temple of avo, kill bandits and balverines, wear 'bright' clothes (the bright will users outfit is the best for making people love you as it increases you atractivness, decreases you scariness, makes your alignment shift to good)
