I assume that you are donating to the Temple of Avo. If this is so, if you have donated to it more than once, then you will not get younger again as you can only get young once (though by using the "Hero Save" during certain quests, the player can exploit the ageing reversa).

You said that you are nearly completely evil. If this is so, you'd probably have better luck sacrificing people at the Temple of Skorm, which is the same as donating to the Temple of Avo only it gives you evil points and you get to keep your money.
