First, kill the residents of a big house that you like, and when you get enough money to buy it, go buy the house. Next to the front door, you should see two signs, one will ask you if you ant to sell your house, or rent it out to a family. The other sign will talk about decorating your house with new furniture. Now, before you run off and rent out your house, I suggest that you spend some money and re-decorate your house until you see the sign disappear. This means that your house is fully furnished, and if you rent out your house, you will get the most money. Do not forget to put up trophy's and other trinkets as these things make the house draw more money. Once you decorate it, you can then click on the other sign and rent out your house to family. Make sure that at least once a week, you check your house to make sure that the rent is paid. If it isn't, then kill the people inside.

Ya go out side of your house and click on the sign then say rent house then come back around each day and there should be some money waitting for you but a way of making extra cash$$$is to put a trophy in the house while it is yours then you can sell it for more than usuall then brake down the door go in and take the trophy then buy the house for it's average price then keep repeating this till you get board.
