Nope, you and your wife/wives can't have kids.
Probably coz all heroes are impotent... =)

Lol, unfortunately you cannot have children in Fable. Weevil, I do not think that it is because the heroes are impotent lol, I just think that you cannot have children because it would be hard for the hero to complete missions for the guild while he is raising children. Lol, so like I said above, you cannot have children, but if you go to Bowerstone South you can hit all the children that you see. Hope this helps.

I had a baby with my husband in Fable... We used unprotected sex so YES you can have kids I even got an achievement for it.
