If I remember right, you add them yourself, just equip the augment, and see if you can equip it to a weapon.

I KNOW THE ANSWER SO LISTEN TO ME! Ok... You press "back" then go to "equipment" then you go "weapons" then pick either bows or swords, pick the weapon you want augumentated (has to be obsadian or better) (no legendary swords) then press right or A and go to augument, pick the augument you want then press confirm or watever =)

Press the back button go to equipment go to weapons and click on the weapon you wantto augment then say augment or augmentations... Not sure which one... It has to be better than iron... Steel has 1 slot obsidian 2 and master 3
