Only works on legendary difficulty. On the level of reget right after the gondola ride there will be a building with two turrets on it. Go into the building and take a right and jump on top of the box in there. Then to your right there will be a ledge. Jump to it and it will take you to the spot with two turrets. Kill the guys if you havent. Once there use a grenade jump to get on top of the roof. The structure is extremely jagged so you will need to use a lot of crouch and grenade jumps to get to the other side. Eventuallly, you will come to a grassy area with two cloaked elites with the skull in the middle. The effect is all enemies are always cloaked. A.I. Can't see them either.
