Game Reviews for WWF Smackdown! 2: Know Your Role

As soon as i put the game in my console i knew it was a good purchase.





As i entered the match the graphics , gameplay and playability chokeslammed


me into the ring , with the rock and all the other grappling superstars.





I will give my humble opinion and say if you like wrestling this is the game for you.

WWF SMACKDOWN 2


This game is good I would give this game an 8 out of 10 there is a couple of things I don't like about it:





1)No Big Show


2)Season takes to long


3)No Ken Shamrock


4)No Dude Love


5)No 2 out of 3 fall matches


6)The crapy music they play and no Linda MacMahon I had fun playing this game.





But more important things to all those bike riders out there Van Homan does indeed rule, so does the rest of the little devil team if people do not know what I am talking about well to bad GOODBYE!!!

I think WWF Smackdown 2 is a realy good game for the Play Station.





There are a few things that I don't like about the game like how that The Undertaker's music isn't his propper music and that you can't have tag team TLC matches and you can't get some wrestlers like The Big Show, but I still think the game is really cool and I would give this game an 8 out of 10 like what sombody above said.





I am a little bit pissed off at the moment though because my WWF Smackdown 2 game will not get passed King of the Ring right now because when I get to it when it says King of the Ring it will not move from there so I can't unlock any more wrestlers or matches.





But I will be getting it again soon so I have just got to wait realy. But when the next WWF game comes out I will proboly be one of the first ones to get it.





And I would just like to remind all of you WWF fans that WWF King of the Ring is on the 24th of June and WWF Fully Loaded is on the 22nd on July and WWF Summerslam will soon Follow.

Smackdown 2 is the best game in the world! i give it a 9 out of 10.





The thing that i didn't like about it is that the undertakers music sucks.





They also need the bigshow and they should have different music besides the wwf superstars.





Over all this is my favorite game in the world and i hope they come out with a smackdown 3. i will buy it before i ever even play it.

Hello. I am a very very big fan of the WWF. I watch Smackdown and Raw is War every single week!




Well, I would like to comment on this game because it's up-to-date because it has new types of matches the other game didn't like Hell in a Cell, Table Matches and my favorite, TLC matches.




Except, on the site you are at now, there are SO MANY FAKE CHEATS!!! I mean, come on, do you really think if you play for 50 years you'll get a Table Dumpster match or something.




I wish those people would stop putting that kind of stuff on the Net where many many people visit to get cheats to win a game.




Some of them are true, however.




Like putting someone through J.R.'s commentators table and through the top of the cell. But, God, some of these people obviously don't have anything else to do than to put a bunch of false cheats on a site I find is very reliable, if it weren't for those people.




Some real cheats ( you can trust me; I'm very honest) are:




-- You can get those wrestlers after those years--


--You can put people through cells and tables--


-- In TLC matches, there are only 4 tables: two wooden ones, and the two commentary tables.




THAT IS ALL--




I hope those people stop putting on fake cheats so you gamers can have a good time playing WWF Smackdown 2.

1999, the year WWF Smackdown! 1 was released. 2000, the year it's sequel, WWF Smackdown! 2: Know Your Role, was released.




Know Your Role has over 20 superstars that were currently in the bussiness. The game includes the new H$#@ in a Cell and the Ladder Match.




The Good: updated Create-a-Superstar, and more "create" modes, plus all your favorite superstars, championships, and season mode




The Bad: Undertakers music, no 6-man Tag-Team-Matches, or 6-Man Cell match, and the easy difficulty is a little too easy.




Overall Rating: 9.8

Graphics- good but some of the heads are not perfect 8/10


Matches- tons 10/10


wrestlers- a good selction 9/10


Hell in a cell- VERY dissapointing 2/10


Gameplay- fun, even funner on Multiplayer and easy to get used to 10/10


Lifespan- a huge game 9/10


Genral- 10/10

SMACKDOWN 2 is the best game i have played in my life but there are somethings that piss me off.


1)there are superstars on it that left along time ago.


2)The Undertakers music is shit.


3)the needs to be better matches on it.




p.s WWF SMACKDOWN 3 should be out on 24/10/2001 for the PS2 but i am not sure.

This game so totally reeks of awesomeness! But I am sorry to say there is no such thing as a TAG TEAM TURMOIL MATCH!I have played every team


known to the WWF! So please don't try it!

Now this game is pretty good but you get very bored after playing on it for at the most 10 minutes.




When you are on season mode it takes a very long time just to play one match because you skip the ones that your not in and it takes ages loading.




TLC match is quite good and so is Table and Ladder match.




I also think that WWF Smackdown 1 is a much better game.

Most of the time, I like these wrestling games because of the "Create-A-Wrestler" modes.




This game delivered! Not only are there so many choices, it's hard to do anything BUT create a character, it's also fun and easy to take them out and beat the snot out of real wrestlers like The Rock. I give this game a 9 out of 10!

I have been playing Smackdown 2 for a few months now and I must honestly say that it is brilliant!




For those not inclined to the obvious, Billy Gunn can be unlocked at King Of The Ring because he won the 1999 King Of The Ring, Cactus Jack at No Way Out because that is where he had to retire, HBK and so on.




The create A Wrestler is brilliant as well, because you can create tons of people and I have searched and I found the costumes from the X-Men Movie!




The matches are easy to get used and I should know because I have got all the titles apart from Women's.




I would give this game 9.5/10 because the only bad thing is that the Undertaker's music is not American Bad Ass but the same as Raw Is War.

This game is thecoolest game on playstation I give is an 8/10 because it dont have the match 3 way tag team tlc match like the one the hardy boyz the dudley boys and edge and christain.




I think that realy stinks but I still think that smackdown2 is the best game on playstaion.




Man look at these scratches on my game I better get a new one well see ya im going to the store to get a new game of smackdown2.

I give the game 8/10 because its a gr8 game, but u cant do a TLC with tag teams.Also(this may be just mine) but on create a PPV my lowest score is 10.2 and anything below that will freeze the game.
