If you want to keep your Beautiful home or the money you work hard for, and you gotten old and about to die, just find a young adult (that's a sim NOT human) talk to him/her until you be her/his FRIEND, GOOD FRIEND, OR BEST FRIEND, then click on the sim, then press BE FRIENDLY , when you have done that find ASK TO MOVE IN , when you have finded that, click it. They can move in with you.
