Max out on Knight Style level.

Complete Adventure mode.
When you complete the following tasks the corresponding bonus character will become available in Multiplayer Battle mode.
Unlock Silver:
Complete the 'Lancelot Returns' mission in the Deep Woods.
Unlock Tails:
Complete the first 'Castle Camelot' mission.
Unlock Shadow:
Defeat Sir Lancelot.
Unlock Knuckles:
Defeat Sir Gawain.
Unlock Amy Rose:
Defeat the final Boss.
Unlock Big the Cat:
Find Big in every level.
Unlock Blaze:
Defeat Lady Percival.
Unlock King Arthur:
Collect ALL 5 of 'King Arthur's Legends'.
Unlock Merlina:
Defeat the Dark Queen in under 1 minute.
Unlock Jet:
Earn a '5 Star' rank on 'Great Megalith' by getting a fast time.
When you complete the following chapters with the indicated requirement the corresponding profile at the 'Gallery' menu will become an available option.
Sir Galahad (Silver):
Complete 'Knight's Passage - Legacy' with a 5 Star rank.
Sir Lamorak (Jet):
Complete 'Dragon's Lair - Legacy' with a 5 Star rank.
Sir Gawain (Knuckles):
Complete 'Titanic Plains' and defeat the boss (Sir Gawain) with a 5 Star rank.
Sir Lancelot (Shadow):
Complete 'Deep Woods' and defeat the boss (Sir Lancelot) with a 5 Star rank.
Sir Percival (Blaze):
Complete 'Molten Mine' and defeat the boss (Sir Percival) with a 5 Star rank.
Lancelot, Gawain and Percival become playable characters in Adventure mode when you complete the 'Knight's Passage' mission.
Complete the 'Lancelot Returns' mission in the Deep Woods and Silver will become an available option in Battle mode.
