Is this game alot like sonic and the secet rings? You know the whole not being able to move sonic around thang. Because it look like in the video that they do the moving for you.

The main diferences between Sonic and the Secret Rings and Sonic and the Black Knight are:
- you use a nunchuck
- sonic no longer moves automatically
- different story obviously
- different stages & characters
- different controls
- you use the wiimote as a sword
- soul surge instead of time and speed break
Controls in SatBK:
A button: jump
A button in mid air: homing attack
A button in mid-homing attack: jump cancel
B button: soul surge(a little bit like time and speed break from SatSR, but it has some changes)
Control Stick: move sonic
Z button: defend yourself, talk to townspeople
A button plus ctrl stick back: backwards jump
Note: there are many ways to swing your sword, depending on how you move the wii mote, and if you're in mid air or not.
Soul surge: You can recharge it by running into red fairies, defeating enemies, blocking attacks and grabbing apples(first stages only)It is activated and cancelled with the B button. When some enemies are in front of you, it will slow time to grant you the ablity to slash with Caliburn(your sword) through them without problems(like time break, from SatSR), and when no enemy is in front of you, you activate soul surge, then shake the wii mote to run at very high speed(like speed break, from SatSR). Sonic will stop running with soul surge if:
-The soul gauge gets empty
-you press the B button
-you find enemies(in this case, soul surge will stay, but it will slow time instead of making you go fast)
-you "crash" with a wall
-you fall from the stage

Quite different actually,he now has a sword and lvls are much more slower.length is also quite short,only 6 hours.maybe next time sonic :(
