When i first played this game i thought it was really good, however after a good few hours into it i noticed some things:

The game is easy,
It's far too repetitive,
I was getting bored.

Everyone says the sword fights are oh so good and make you think you're really in the game blah blah blah,

Well you're not, you can honestly just swing the Wiimote from left to right and win most of the sword battles.

The health system is pretty messed up to, you get hit 4 times and you're dead, body armor doesn't last long at all and you constantly hide behind crates until the you recover wondering where those bullets are coming from.

Another factor that bored me was:
Enter area, kill people, press something, kill more people, leave.
That's all Red Steel is.
5/10 overall.

10/10 It's absolutely the best game ive ever played apart from twillight princess.

The way the wii remote is used to control the aim is amazing.the gun sounds feel like they have been taken out of a real gun.
Sadly there is a downside and it's caused by the xbox 360. I will tell you why.

Because the xbox 360 has fantastic graphics, xbox 360 owners will nag and groan all day long about the wii because it hasn't got as good graphics.

They will say it's too small and other minor details no body would care if they where presented on a neon sign in front of there face.

Because of the eternal annoyance of xbox 360 fans, not many people will buy the wii and red steel.

But, and this is a big but, swinging your right arm to act as a sword is alot better than good graphics.

Red Steel which was co-released with the nintendo Wii Is hardcore!!! This game actually makes gamers get off there lazy butts and fight for semi-real. You're no longer pressing buttons to play but actually exercising your body. NO SIT-ON-THE-COUCH-GAME here. Great_Aku_Ha gives Red Steel for the Wii : 5 out of 5
