Question for The Sims 3

Why wont it let me buy certain houses I have the money but it just doesnt let me buy it and when I go off it, it says something about fire

I have been wanting to know the same thing. Because all of the houses that I want, are the ones that I can't place on my lot. One thing I have heard is that none of the lots are big enough.

There is a cheat I remove fire code if you do that then maybe you can buy the house I never tried it but it might work that's my best guess

You can't remove the code easily, you have limited space on your lot. If u continue to buy your lots house fills up and to fix it they Send fire for more space. Add an alarm and don't buy unnecessary items. Hoped this helped ☺
