By defolt sims on the wii can not have twins but there is a way for them to have two kids in on day, first get the girl pregnet then whait a day till you get a messege saying your sim is being taken to the hospitel to give birth (I recumend that you save some time during the pregnetsy as the game makes you name the new sim befor it tells you if it is a girl or boy is that way if you give a boy a girls name you can just start at the last save and the sim will still be the same gender.) once you arrive home with your sims if the father sim is home to try for baby agein and as soon as they are finished the mother will give birth again.

The tricks about eating apples and watermellon and waching kidstude do not work on the wii verson of the game sorry

To eat watermelon all you do is just keep it in your inventory during pregnancy and it will be a girl otherwise it will not be!
