I'm really stuck. In toytime galaxy you neeed to do that stupid purple coin comet on Luigi which is very annoying. Anyone could give me a guide or tips on how to get 100 purple coins there? Plz!

Use long jumps. Also, I find it helpful to go counterclockwise. Jump around and grab as many coins as you can.
