The only way to kill a Boo is this. You know how ghosts hate light? That is the answer. Get a Boo near light and it's dead. Hope this helps.

Make them float under a light. You need to find a blue lever in that room, and then attract the ghost with the key inside to make it dissapear, grab the key and proceed. Hope this helps!

Make Boo follow you then walk into a light (make sure you ARE NOT Boo Mario cause otherwise you'll turn back to normal Mario)
