When you beat Bowser for the first time, after that, it tells you how many more stars you have to collect. When I collected all of them, Rosalina said "We are now ready to travel to another world, but first we must save your special one.
Is there " another world "?

By "another world" she means the world where you get the 121st star.

When she says another world she means the same battle with bowser so do it again to play as luigy

You have to go beat bowser again like you did the first time when you got 55 stars and then you go to a different world to get the 121st star and so doing unlock luigi

Just so you know, the Grand Finale Galaxy is what it's called. It's located on the thing where you can go to the 3 trial galaxies. I had a helluva time finding it, lol
