I'm am very new to all this. I cannot find any purple coins. I know they're supposed to be in the Good Egg Galaxy and Honeyhive. How do I get them to appear? Thanks.

You need to beat Bowser after collecting 60 Stars, then there will be a purple comet that will appear in every big galaxy like Good Egg Galaxy and Honeyhive Galaxy.

Beat Bowser first, plus you need to complete the first 100 purple coin mission in the first place that you were at the beginning of the game where you chasing the golden rabbits. After completing the mission and beating Bowser, purple comets will appear in every galaxy except the "1-Star galaxies."

As the earlier people said, just beat Bowser and do the first 100 purple coin mission. Afterwards, you can talk to the Purple Luma in the Observatory that knows about Prankster Comets. Tell him to "Move it!" and then he'll ask you if you want to move the Prankster Comets around. Give him 20 Star Bits, and hopefully you'll end up with at least one mission for Purple Coins. Hope this helps!

You must beat the final boss (bowser on galaxy reactor) once in order to make purple comets appear. This comets, like the other ones I'm sure you've seen before, give a twist to the galaxy's missions. Purple comets make purple coins appear. Collect 100 in order to get a star. Hope this helps!!!
