When you reach five stars the mayor and the people who were orignally at you town before you moved people in will throw you a party then after 5 minutes of the party, you will get the town monument P.S. You can't fast foward the party you have to wait when the credits are all over then you keep going on with the game. Its over and yet it isnt hope this helped
